FEATURES
FILESHARE INGESTION
iETL provides the flexibility to take any filestore and import into a brand new re-organized folder structure with meta data associated with folders and documents. Using iETL’s content import feature, users do not have to manually migrate content from network shares into the ECM repositories. iETL can import content from any known network share into the target ECM repository and intelligently associate pertinent content metadata via pre-defined security measures. Folder structure creation can also be dynamically created based on pre-defined metadata.
DELTA MIGRATION
With iETL’s delta migration feature, users can continue working with their content, making contributions while the migration is taking place. System administrators do not have to configure new batches and re-migrate all content if only a few files need to be transferred. iETL keeps track of which content has previously been migrated and takes care of the difference.
ACUTE PATH RECOGNITION

Unique to the iETL tool, acute path recognition automatically assesses the infrastructure required for the migration and creates it. Acute path recognition opens up options for online migrations, allowing users continued access to their content as the migration is taking place.
NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
![]()
iETL features a configurable notification module allowing system administrators to step away from the migration process for extended periods of time. The configurable notification module provides system administrators control over the migration process without being in front of the computer. In the event of processing errors or batch failures, system administrators receive immediate alerts. Notifications can be configured to respond to unique thresholds in the event of skips, retries, or batch failures.
REPORTS
The iETL reporting function places all relevant data into one place for easy viewing, sharing, and recording. Two reports come standard with iETL. The Summary Report contains all relevant source and target systems information related to the active migration. The Detailed Report is a record of the executed tasks related to the migration. Users can print, email, or save reports directly from the dashboard view.
DASHBOARD
The iETL dashboard instantly tracks the progress of the migration. Real-time statistics are viewable in the form of charts and graphs reflecting back-end processes. Some metrics gathered include average processing speed and percentage of documents successfully migrated. The dashboard offers the functionality to observe aggregates of the entire migration or drill down to specific intervals.
