Enterprise Edition

  • Uses advanced CVision Technologies for optimization.
  • Most accurate and fastest OCR engine available.
  • Contains additional settings to achieve the highest recognition rates.
  • Can perform OCR on barcodes.
  • Compresses black & white scans by a factor of 5-10x and color scans by a factor of 50-100x.
  • Supports more fonts in Bates Stamping.
  • Can apply margins to Bates Stamping

Community Edition

  • Uses open source API’s for optimization.
  • Limited language support and OCR recognition settings.
  • Does not contain additional settings to achieve the highest recognition rates.
  • Cannot perform OCR on barcodes.
  • The compression settings specified might not yield the optimal result.
  • Supports only few fonts in Bates Stamping.
  • Can not apply margins to Bates Stamping.
